This policy explains how ZEE Solutions LLC handles information shared through FROM ASH, including our forms and network applications.
Who we are
FROM ASH is managed by ZEE Solutions LLC, a Sharjah Media City Free Zone LLC (License no. 2539143.01), registered in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. ZEE Solutions LLC is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
What we collect
Depending on the form you use, we may collect contact details, project or business information, portfolio and social links, casting or profile information, experience, rates, availability, permit status, uploaded files and form metadata such as submission time. Please do not upload passports, Emirates IDs, medical records, banking information or other sensitive documents unless we specifically request them for a confirmed engagement.
Why we use it
We use information to assess and respond to project enquiries; review and manage creator, talent and production-network applications; identify relevant opportunities; plan potential projects; prevent spam and abuse; maintain appropriate records; and administer our business.
Marketing choices
We send general promotional updates only when you separately choose to receive them. You can opt out at any time. Declining marketing does not affect a project enquiry or network application.
Service providers and international processing
Forms are processed through Tally. The website is hosted by Framer and may use Framer’s built-in analytics. Internal records may be managed in Notion and Google Workspace, including Google Sheets. Google reCAPTCHA may be used to prevent spam and abuse. These providers may process information in the European Union, the United States or other countries outside the United Arab Emirates. Where information is transferred internationally, we use reputable providers and appropriate contractual, security and access safeguards.
How information is shared and protected
Access is limited to authorised personnel at ZEE Solutions LLC and service providers, contractors or professional advisers who need it for the purposes described above. Information may also be disclosed when required by law. We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
How long we keep information
Creator, talent and production-network profiles are kept while the person remains part of the relevant network or until consent is withdrawn. We review inactive network records periodically and normally seek an update or reconfirmation after 24–36 months of inactivity. Project enquiries are normally kept while active and for up to 24 months for follow-up and administration. Contract, accounting and legal records may be kept longer where required by law, an agreement or a legal claim. Marketing details are kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, subject to periodic review.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your information; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; opt out of marketing; or request a copy of information you provided in a usable format where applicable. We do not make decisions about opportunities or enquiries solely by automated means. You may request human review of any decision that materially affects you and raise a complaint with the competent UAE data-protection authority. Some records may still need to be retained where required by law or for legal claims. To make a request, email hello@fromash.ae.
Age requirement
Our creator, talent and production-network forms are intended for people aged 18 or over. Please do not submit a network application if you are under 18.
Cookies, analytics and security tools
Framer’s built-in analytics is designed to operate without analytics cookies. Google reCAPTCHA and other security tools may use technical identifiers or cookies to detect spam, fraud and abuse. If we add advertising, behavioural analytics or other non-essential tracking tools, we will update this policy and introduce any consent controls that are required.
