This policy explains how ZEE Solutions LLC handles information shared through FROM ASH, including our forms and network applications.
Who we are
FROM ASH is managed by ZEE Solutions LLC, a Sharjah Media City Free Zone LLC (License no. 2539143.01), registered in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. ZEE Solutions LLC is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
What we collect
Depending on the form you use, we may collect contact details, project or business information, portfolio and social links, casting or profile information, experience, rates, availability, permit status, headshots, full-body photos, other uploaded files and form metadata such as submission time. We use submitted photos only to assess casting, talent and relevant project opportunities; we do not use facial-recognition or other biometric-identification technology. Please do not upload passports, Emirates IDs, medical records, banking information or other sensitive documents unless we specifically request them for a confirmed engagement.
Why we use it
We use information to assess and respond to project enquiries; review and manage creator, talent and production-network applications; identify relevant opportunities; plan potential projects; prevent spam and abuse; maintain appropriate records; and administer our business.
Marketing choices
We send general promotional updates only when you separately choose to receive them. You can opt out at any time. Declining marketing does not affect a project enquiry or network application.
Service providers and international processing
Forms are processed through Tally. The website is hosted by Framer. With your permission, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics may process website-use and campaign information, and advertising platforms such as Meta may process campaign and conversion information when those tools are enabled. Internal records may be managed in Notion and Google Workspace, including Google Sheets. Google reCAPTCHA may be used to prevent spam and abuse. These providers may process information in the European Union, the United States or other countries outside the United Arab Emirates. Where information is transferred internationally, we use reputable providers and appropriate contractual, security and access safeguards.
Opportunity sharing and protection
Access is limited to authorised personnel at ZEE Solutions LLC and service providers, contractors or professional advisers who need it for the purposes described above. For genuine creator, talent or production opportunities, we may share selected professional profile information with relevant clients, casting professionals, producers, directors, production companies or other industry professionals. We do not sell personal information or operate a public directory. Contact details, uploaded documents and internal notes are not shared at the initial introduction stage unless necessary for the opportunity and appropriately disclosed. Information may also be disclosed when required by law. We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
How long we keep information
Creator, talent and production-network profiles are kept while the person remains part of the relevant network or until consent is withdrawn. We review inactive network records periodically and normally seek an update or reconfirmation after 24–36 months of inactivity. Project enquiries are normally kept while active and for up to 24 months for follow-up and administration. Contract, accounting and legal records may be kept longer where required by law, an agreement or a legal claim. Marketing details are kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, subject to periodic review.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your information; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; opt out of marketing; or request a copy of information you provided in a usable format where applicable. We do not make decisions about opportunities or enquiries solely by automated means. You may request human review of any decision that materially affects you and raise a complaint with the competent UAE data-protection authority. Age requirement
Our creator, talent and production-network forms are intended for people aged 18 or over. Please do not submit a network application if you are under 18.
Cookies, analytics and security tools
Essential technology is used to operate and secure the website and forms. Framer’s built-in analytics is designed to operate without analytics cookies, while Google reCAPTCHA and similar security tools may use technical identifiers or cookies to prevent spam, fraud and abuse. With your permission, we may use Google Analytics and advertising tools such as Meta Pixel to understand site performance, measure campaigns and conversions, build audiences and show more relevant advertising. These tools may receive device and browser information, page views, interactions, referral information and campaign identifiers such as UTM parameters or ad click IDs. We do not send form answers or contact details to analytics or advertising platforms. You can choose necessary technology only, allow analytics, or allow analytics and advertising, and you can change that choice at any time using the Privacy choices control on the website.
